The Annual General Meeting of Members

Thursday, August 19, 2021

If you wish to attend email us at registration@lakeofbaysheritage.ca and you will receive a Zoom link to join the meeting.


The meeting will

  • receive the Annual Report of the President, the Financial Statements and the External Accountant’s Report,
  • elect Directors,
  • appoint the External Accountant for the ensuing year and authorize the directors to fix the External Accountant’s remuneration,
  • transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.


Please note that the Wahawin community history is postponed again and will be featured at our 2022 meeting.

Agenda & Slate of Directors Minutes of last year's AGM Financial Statements Proxy Form


Voting on motions will be through a show of hands at the meeting.  The motions will be to:

  • accept the Minutes of the AGM of 2020,
  • accept the Annual Report of the President,
  • accept the Financial Statements and the External Accountant’s Report,
  • appoint Brian Cerson as External Accountant for the ensuing year and authorize the Directors to fix the External Accountant’s remuneration,
  • elect the directors named in the proposed slate for election,
  • terminate the meeting.
